Safelite Solutions: Notice of Changes Coming

Demand for recalibrations continues to increase and in 2019 Safelite Solutions made significant investments to support the demand for recalibrations. We continue to look for improvements within our internal processes as the number of recalibrations continues to grow.

Beginning April 30th May 14th (revision), Safelite will be requiring more detail on invoices for recalibration services. Instead of selecting a general ADAS recalibration part, we will be requiring specific part selection (static, dynamic, or dual) for recalibration services performed. This additional detail will enable Safelite Solutions to have visibility into and account for completed recalibration services, as well as ensure shops are paid accurately for services provided.  

To ensure the prompt processing of your invoice, it will be important to select the specific part on all recalibration invoices.

  • Shops utilizing EDI or online invoicing through the Safelite Solutions Network will see new fields and part codes in the system beginning May 14th.
  • Paper invoices will need to be manually updated with the appropriate part codes as well.
