The Net Promoter Score®, was popularized by Fred Reichheld in his book The Ultimate Question: Driving Good Profits and True Growth, it is one of the simplest loyalty measures. Customers are asked "How likely is it that you would recommend my company to a friend or colleague?“
Once you’ve logged in, you can see individual survey scores and comments.
- You can view any NPS survey that an insured has completed.
- To view the record, visit your Accepted or Paid referrals, and click on the designated job. The NPS link (score + View full survey) can be found at the bottom of the page.
- If this space is blank, it means the customer did not complete a survey.
